We believe our kids need more, deserve more, and are created for more. The More House was birthed out of concern for our youth, their formation, academics, emotional/social well-being, and recreation. This holistic approach is fundamental for the formation and child development. We are committed to improving our children’s lives by inspiring and motivating them. We believe that with the training they receive in their youth, they will be molded into future respectful and responsible leaders.

Our Mission

Our mission is to offer various services to help increase our kids’ educational, social, and emotional development. We will encourage them to become confident, loving, responsible leaders in the community. The kids will develop Self-love, Self-respect, Empathy, Purpose, Honor, and much more.

Our Vision

We are here to help our youth develop their full potential. We see the island of Curacao producing a new generation of leaders. We will instill greatness in future generations. We are a small island, but we are a mighty people.

About the Director

Luelle Henry-Wilson is passionate about teaching, motivating, and empowering others, particularly children, teens, and young adults. She especially enjoys helping them develop skills that lay an essential foundation for their daily interactions with others, promoting teamwork, integrity, politeness and assertiveness, self-confidence, and respect.

As an Educator, Youth Counselor, and Pedagogist, her main focus is on the formation and social-emotional well-being of the children on the island. She was born here in Curacao and moved to The Netherlands after High School and consequently to The States. Luelle has over 30 years of experience working with children as a Youth Counselor and Educator in Europe and the USA. She has a passion for helping others find their calling in life. She is a mother of three and a grandmother of two, and being a mom and a “Mia” is one of her greatest joys. Her hobbies range from Cooking, Reading, Traveling, Dancing, and enjoying a day at the beach to entertaining and Interior Design.

The future of the next generation and those to follow hinges on the training they receive in their youth, and we believe that The More House will serve as a driving force to the success of the children of Curacao.
